师生的健康安全至关重要，学校始终严格遵守当地政府的相关防疫规定，确保学生返校工作平稳、有序、安全。请所有学生关注宁波及学校的疫情防控管理制度及相关要求，自觉提高防护意识，遵守防控要求，做好自我防护。

为顺利、平安、健康重聚在美丽的校园，请同学们仔细阅读以下注意事项。

返校前准备

? 为保障学生的健康与安全，学校已启用小程序Health Code UNNC对学生健康状况进行追踪管理。

（小程序操作指南请点击：@宁诺学生，返校前请一定要来这个小程序注册）

请配合学校及辅导员完成返校信息调查，确保信息准确无误。满足返校要求的学生，务必严格按学校安排返校。未经允许，不要擅自提前或延后返校。

? 请通过小程序提交每日健康打卡，若出现发热(>37.3℃)、乏力、干咳、呼吸困难等不适症状，应暂缓返校，并及时就医。

? 请通过小程序填写完整的返程信息。

? 请自行准备体温计、足量口罩、纸巾、酒精消毒湿巾或免洗洗手液、保鲜袋（用来丢弃口罩）等防疫物资。

返校途中

? 务必正确佩戴口罩，减少乘坐公共交通工具。保持手的卫生，减少或避免触碰公共设施，避免用手触摸口眼鼻。

? 妥善保留旅行票据信息，以备查询。

? 学校严格遵守属地防疫部门的检测和隔离规定。根据最新的要求，从湖北、黑龙江、广东返回宁波的学生须配合做好核酸和血清检测。从湖北返回的学生须在我校博雅国际交流中心隔离14天。

校园出入

? 校园将于4月26日上午8点开始对第一批返校学生开放。

? 防疫期间，外来人员未经允许不得入校。陪同亲友及接送的私家车辆不能进入校园，在校门外指定区域即停即走。学生入校请出示校园卡（或身份证）和绿色健康码，并测量体温，无殊方可入校。

? 防疫期间，非必要事宜（如就医等）不得离校。如必须外出，应当向辅导员登记报备，并获得批准。外出学生须按时返回学校，禁止夜不归宿。

健康监测

? 学生返校后，应每日早晚监测体温和健康状况，并通过小程序上传，如自己或周围有人出现发热、乏力、干咳、呼吸困难等症状，立刻拨打88180120联系医务室并上报辅导员，发热人员须尽快戴上口罩，同寝室、同教室的人员暂时留在原地。

个人卫生和安全

? 注意手的卫生，餐前餐后、如厕后、打喷嚏或咳嗽后要洗手。

? 保持寝室整洁，每日至少通风两次，每次不少于30分钟。尽量不串门、不聚集。

? 禁止带宠物入寝室，避免与野生/流浪动物接触。

? 5楼及以下建议走楼梯，乘坐电梯时应戴口罩，触摸电梯按钮后及时洗手。

? 减少不必要的外出，不参加人员聚集的活动。

? 不聚餐。万诺餐厅堂食餐桌已设置隔离板，如遇堂食位置不够，请打包带走。

? 遵守疫情防控期间学校图书馆、体育馆等公共场馆的人员限流规定，并在公共区域内保持合理社交距离。

? 在教室、图书馆、校内商超等人员相对聚集或封闭的地方请佩戴口罩，与他人近距离接触或交谈（少于等于1米）时请佩戴口罩。

? 进入医务室、留观室、测温点时请佩戴口罩。

学生事务

? 请积极参加辅导员组织的线上班会，认真听取班会内容。

? 辅导员Free Talk服务正常开放，优先满足重点地区的学生。

? 请确保手机、学校邮箱畅通，及时接收来自学校的重要消息。

? 防疫期间，学校暂停所有线下学生活动，原则上不组织任何外出活动。

? 学校将全力保障师生的健康安全，也请所有返校学生遵守学校防疫规定，积极配合防疫工作。如违反规定，将按照学校相关规章制度处理。

UNNC Epidemic Prevention

and Control Procedures

The health and safety of our students and staff is our overriding priority. UNNC is strictly following the full health and safety procedures from local authorities to ensure the smooth recommencement of face-to-face teaching on campus.

Please take note of the regulations of the local authorities as well as those of the University. These regulations aim to ensure the efficient delivery of epidemic prevention and control on campus and lead to a sound environment for your return.

Before students return

· A requirement for universities to reopen is that we have to be able to report on the daily health status of our students. To achieve this, we have developed a WeChat mini programme which you have seen the details already. Students should cooperate with the University and Student Support Advisors (SSAs) to update accurate information via the WeChat mini programme. Once all requirements are met, students should strictly comply with the arrangements of the University when returning to the campus. An early or delayed return is not advised.

· Students should provide daily health updates via the WeChat mini programme, and in the case of any developed symptoms such as fever (>37.3℃), fatigue, dry cough, difficulty breathing or other discomforts, should suspend their return to campus and seek medical treatment.

· Students should complete the student return registration via the WeChat mini programme to provide their full travel arrangements.

· Students should bring clinical thermometers along with sufficient masks, tissues, alcohol-disinfectant wipes or water-free hand sanitizers and freshness protection packages (for mask disposal).

While travelling

· Wear masks correctly when returning to the University, and travel as little as possible by public transportation. Keep hands clean, reduce or avoid touching public facilities and try to avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose.

· Keep your travel documents, such as train or flight tickets, for necessary checks from customs and Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.

· We are following the test and isolation regulations from the local health authorities. So students returning from key areas affected by COVID-19 should cooperate with the local health department and take nucleic acid and serum tests and medical observation once arriving in Ningbo. The latest requirement is that students from Hubei, Heilongjiang and Guangdong are required to take nucleic acid and serum tests. Students from Hubei will undertake a 14-day self-isolation in LA hotel.

Campus access

· The Campus will be open to the first group of returning students from 8am on 26 April.

· External visitors without prior approval from the University are not allowed to enter campus during the period of epidemic prevention and control. Parents, other relatives and private cars (unregistered) cannot enter the campus. Students should show campus cards (or ID cards) and a green health code as well as undergo a temperature check to enter the University.

· Students are not allowed to leave campus during the period of epidemic prevention and control except for essential purposes such as medical treatment. Students must gain approval from SSAs to leave campus and should return by a specified time. Under no circumstances should students remain off-campus overnight.

Daily health inspection

· Student should check their body temperature and health conditions twice a day and report via the WeChat mini programme. Report to UNNC Clinic (dial 88180120) and Student Support Advisors immediately in case you or people nearby show symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough and breathing difficulties. People with fever should wear masks as soon as possible.

Health and safety protocols

· Keep hands clean all times. Wash hands before and after meals, after using the toilet and after sneezing or coughing.

· Keep dormitories clean and tidy. Daily ventilation is recommended (at least twice a day for more than 30 minutes). Do not visit or gather in other dormitories.

· Animals are not allowed inside the student halls of residence. Avoid all contact with wild/stray animals.

· Please walk up the stairs if you live on or below the 5th floor. Wear a mask when taking an elevator and wash hands after touching the elevator button.

?Reduce unessential travel and do not participate in any large-scale activities or gatherings.

· Eating meals in a group is not allowed. Please take food away to eat elsewhere if there are not enough free tables in the canteens.

· Please comply with personnel flow restriction regulations in public areas on campus (e.g. library, sports centre) during the epidemic prevention and control period and maintain a social distance within these areas.

· Please wear masks in crowded or poorly-ventilated areas such as classrooms, library, and stores in the living area.

· Please wear masks while speaking at a close distance or having close contact with others.

· Please wear masks when entering the Clinic, observation rooms, and temperature measuring points.

Student affairs management

· Please take part in online assemblies delivered by Student Support Advisors and pay close attention to important notices and tips for your return.

· The Free Talk service is available and prioritised for students from key areas affected by the epidemic.

· Please keep your mobile phones on and your University email box accessible in case of important messages.

· Student activities that physically take place on campus are suspended during the period of epidemic prevention and control.

· It is highly appreciated that all returning students comply with the University’s epidemic prevention and control protocols. Any violators will likely face disciplinary action.
